Wind chill makes a difference

Pelly Bay in Northwest territories found out firsthand how much colder the wind can make things feel on January 28, 1989. That day’s temperatures were at an already unfathomable –51°C, but with wind chill, the temperature felt like –91! (Don’t even bother trying to imagine what that might feel like.)
