The cold is deadlier than the heat

There’s always talk of heatstroke in the summer, but cold days kill more people in Canada than hot ones. In 2014, 111 people died as a result of “exposure to excessive natural cold” whereas only 7 were killed by excessive natural heat. It just goes to show, in Canada, the cold can be deadly.
