If you want sun, head to the prairies

The poetically inclined would say that prairie cities are full of golden sunlight, but that’s not just lyricism. It’s actually true. Prairie cities tend to get more hours of sunlight than other parts of the country, with Medicine Hat, Alberta, boasting the most, getting an average of 2,512.85 hours of sun each year.
