Sea Slug

If you want to know about sea slug mating rituals, just consider these two words: penis fencing. Sea slugs have both male and reproductive systems, but they still need to implant their sperm in another in order to reproduce. Since any two sea slugs could inseminate the other, the decision over who will carry the young is decided by a round of fencing. Whoever manages to impale their partner first and deposit their sperm wins.
