They’re nocternal

For the most part, wolverines are nocturnal animals which don’t come out during the day, but unlike bears, wolverines do not hibernate. Wolverines tend to come out at night because it’s easier for them to hunt when having poor eyesight isn’t as much of a disadvantage; wolverines don’t have good vision, but their hearing and sense of smell are top shelf.
