12 of Canada’s most infuriating rush-hour roads

Highway 102 and 111 (Halifax)

The Maritimes are well-known for their laid back attitude and pace, but not during Haligonians’ commute on the 102 and 111. Mornings on the 102 leading into Halifax are often a complete standstill, while the other side of the 9-5 gives headaches to all travelers along the 111. No wonder this became a fishing town. Out on the Atlantic, traffic is at a minimum.
