A recent study of North American traffic patterns concluded that which most Canadians already knew: Toronto and Montreal rank number one and two in worst traffic congestion in all of Canada. But in third place (just ahead of Ottawa) was…St. John’s, Newfoundland? Misprint, right? Nope. Newfoundland’s largest city finds its worst rush hour stop-and-starts on the Parkway, which is actually three roads which funnel into a single route with a speed limit of just 70 km/h.
